Meet Rachael

Whether I’m consulting for a venue, producing a corporate experience, or designing a wedding on the top of a mountains, my goal is always the same- Make it seamless. Make it beautiful. Make it memorable. Make It custom to my client’s needs. Make dreams become reality.

As a Native American woman of the Karuk tribe of Northern California, honoring connection, community, and storytelling is at the heart of everything I create. I believe events are modern-day gatherings. Spaces where people come together to celebrate, reflect, and make memories that carry forward. That perspective guides my approach: thoughtful, relationship-driven, grounded in meaning, and elevated through design.

After 15 years producing luxury events across Park City, Salt Lake City, Southern Utah and Sun Valley, I’ve learned one truth: unforgettable experiences don’t happen by accident, they’re built with intention, Inspiration, strategy, and a little bit of artistry.

As a seasoned hospitality and events leader, I’ve created and lead event programs for some of Utah’s most iconic venues. From Director of Catering at LOVELAND LIVING PLANET AQUARIUM to Director of Events at LA CAILLE, to Lead Planner for SILVER SUMMIT EVENTS, where I produced destination weddings and multi-day corporate retreats for high-profile clients. To Director of Programs with WIPA, where I planned immersive events for event professionals. Most recently, I built the entire events division at Sunday’s Best & Sunday School Downtown Salt Lake City. Where I creating event systems & teams, BEO structures, sales processes, and guest experiences from the ground up. Efficiency and vibes can absolutely co-exist and I make sure they do.
